The Story :

Lamhaa movie is based on the Kashmir valley. An unknown company who is generating millions of unaccountable dollars benefiting politicians and bureaucrats in the Indian and Pakistani intelligence is likely to disrupt and possibly paralyze Kashmir.

Thus Vikram (Sanjay Dutt) an undercover intelligence officer is sent to investigate this highly confidential mission using the identity of Gul Jehangir. The same day that he lands in the valley, Haji (Anupam Kher) a top separatist leader, survives a blast. Only leaving Vikam to wonder whether there is connection between the blast and the operation?

To solve this conundrum, Vikram teams up with Aziza (Bipasha Basu), Haji’s young, aggressive and outspoken protégé. They embark together on a journey full of intrigue, suspicion, betrayal and danger, to uncover the truth. Vikram and Aziza exposes the dirty secrets of a state’s fight for freedom, the corrupt nexus of politicians, intelligence, militancy and the crucification of idealistic and passionate people.

Storyline:

Once Upon a Time in Mumbai film is based on the history of Haji Mastan the first celebrity “Don” of India who later reformed, and is about the early gangster and smuggling phase in Mumbai, in the 60s and 70s and revolves around the birth of Mumbai Mafia in the 70s and 80s. Mastan was responsible in introducing Dawood to world of crime and gradually passed him the power, himself retiring to path of amendment.

Parallel to the main plot will be the story of Mastan’s unrequited love during the 60s for Indian actress Madhubala. She never returned his feelings, and after her death in 1969, Mastan was devastated. He later married starlet Sona, a Madhubala look-a-like who he later launched in films.

Movie Detail:

The next Hera Pheri movie sequel is in the works. The movie will be titled Hera Phera 4, though it is the third in the series, for some undisclosed reason that will be revealed in good time. Huh?

The movie will bring back the central cast – Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal – along with Katrina Kaif.

Hera Phera 4, produced by Firoz Nadiadwala, will be directed by Anees Bazmee. Hera Phera, and its sequel Phir Hera Pheri was directed by Priyadarshan and Neeraj Vohra, respectively.

Anees Bazmi is the director of hits like No Entry, Welcome and Singh Is Kinng.

Hera Pheri 4 will go into production in March 2010, reports say.

Other members from the cast include Satish Shah, Aarti Chhabria, and Delnaaz Paul.
